    1 You can't compare an active antenna with a standard passive antenna. You will received nothing with this passive antenna and 30 meters of standard coax cable..... :) 2 An active antenna is designed to be used, and only to be used, when you have a long run coaxial cable and no low loss cable...

    Hi, This is my very small active PCB antenna, designed for 1090 MHz. It's 210 mm high antenna, and it can support up to 40m of RG-58 coax cable without any signal losses. Here is a screenshot of SDR dongle and RTL1090, Antenna integrate on the PCB two PSA4-5043+ MMIC and a 30 MHz BW SAW...
