    for now I've restricted access to it just to my own external IP. As a SOHO router it was a pleasent suprise it would do multiple VLANs - I don't think it has the capability of complex rules governing traffic between the them.

    lat / long The client runs in a separate VLAN on my router - the only way I can view it myself is from the outside. (there will be others who run remote installations - away from base - that would find this useful too)

    I hear what you say, and I know how to work around these issues (there are lot's that won't) - it's a shame I have to visit the router that is remote from my present location to make changes to configure the software.

    Please don't remove the ability to work with dump1090 - most of us are feeding other sites too and this program is a common element that all use.

    try switching it between binary and whatever the formatted mode is - some of the presets don't work. (by the way, virtual radar gives a better plot)

    I don't want the expense of running a PC to feed with. Can someone come up with a feeder to take the output of Dump1090 and feed it to your servers.
