BA fire was caused by engine covers left open

Just seen on TV that British Airways have reported that the emergency landing for flight BA762 last week resulted from an engine cover not being secured on the right hand engine.
Looks like the cover fell off and ruptured a fuel pipe triggering the fire and engine shut down.

Worse is that the left hand engine cover wasn't secured either!
Good job that cover didn't rupture a pipe too!
