Cannot get new share code

[ATL_GA_626]

I just updated my software to v5 and am trying to get a new sharecode issued. When I click on the Create A New Sharecode button - nothing happens. This is running on Ubuntu R-Pi 3. Below is the browser console output. Is the site up and running?

Anyone else having this problem?
