Error 404 during PlaneFinder Client setup.

I receive this screen in Windows PowerShell even when I run PowerShell as an administrator during setup of PlaneFinder Client. I cannot proceed with setup until I Windows 10 can find PlaneFinder Client. Error 404 indicates a broken link or inability to find the server. I am guessing I need a link that works. Any advice from someone would be most appreciated.
That is a very old version of the client - no longer supported. Out of interest where did you find the information for that?

I just followed that link and it's the same as the one I sent you. No mention of "npm install" at all. Do you know where you found that instruction?
