I received this from a friend.. I know it's an IP Addy Issue connecting..
What your email header used to be a few days ago as seen by my Thunderbird:
RECEIVED: from [192.168.0.102] ([24.66.41.156]) by shaw.ca with ESMTPA id St4kiIYz4kqGXSt4niPD8l; Thu, 07 Nov 2019 18:28:37 -0700
How it looks now
RECEIVED; from [10.0.0.89] ([70.75.201.205]) by shaw.ca with ESMTPA id V51fi8dMnkqGXV51gihSuY; Wed, 13 Nov 2019 19:38:28 -0700
Before the new modem, your in-house network was all 192-168-xx-yy IP addresses.
Now they are all 10-0-0-xx addresses maybe because Shaw configured the new modem to hand out 10.0.0.xx addresses instead of the old 192.168.0.xx group
Any suggestions on 'How to get the Receiver to Recognize this New IP' ? I have tried just about everything !
