No data getting to Planefinder

This is not a new install, nor new hardware, and last had an upgrade a month ago.
Server runs Debian testing. PF Client version: 5.0.162
Two weeks ago we had a major thunderstorm and my receiver dongle got wedged, and I restarted the dump-mutability and pfclient after sorting out the dongle. Then the system ran OK again.
However it now can't connect to Planefinder.
This is the first error
2024-01-29 19:07:31.491438 [!] Failed to parse response from Plane Finder server: HPE_OK -> success
followed about 90 mins later by a change
2024-01-29 20:30:41.708008 [!] Failed to parse response from Plane Finder server: HPE_OK -> success 2024-01-29 20:31:29.956914 [V] Failed to open connection to socket: No route to host (errno: 113) 2024-01-29 20:31:29.956982 [V] Failed to establish a data proxy connection. Receiver data cannot be sent!

This remains unchanged, although now the error number is 110.
I am receiving data and can display on my network. No data leaves the system to Planefinder.
The remainder of the internet service works as well as usual.

I would be pleased if someone can advise if there is anything I can do to resume sending data. I have of course unpowered the dongle and waited, restarted the services, and even rebooted the machine in case I missed restarting something.
