Dear All,

This is first post in PF. I am quite experienced in RPI Linux feeding, but very new in mini desktop type Debian which is a INTEL platform processor. PC having dual core 1.8GHz Intel ATOM processor, 2GB RAM, updated Debian 7.8 OS. FR client successfully installed & running on that.

I need help to install PFClient sharing software(Old or New) on this PC.

Anybody can help ? With the help from member jepolch i solved FR issue. Now solution need for PF.

Thanks,
Zahidul Hasan.

I will try and get an i386 build built and uploaded today for you. The instructions will be the same as the Pi install.

Yes that looks all setup correctly.

You would have been emailed your sharecode in an email and then you can assign it to yourself on the sharing site. Do not share the share code with anyone else

You are using 30003 as a data connection, I would recommend against this and use a raw format.

I didn't understand what you say in this line. Can you say it in details ?

You have not said what our client is connecting to as a data source. If it is Dump1090 I would connect to port 30005 using Beast Binary format.

People on this forum who know a bit more about Dump1090 may be able to help

Oh yes, i am in touch of Dump1090 word more then one year. As i told you this same pc also running a FR client, it must have Dump1090. So i used 30003 as port. And its working fine. Thanks for your kind help.

Zahidul Hasan.

The preference is to not use 30003 though, use 30005 and "Beast Binary" as the format. You will be missing out on so much extra data
