Problem with client

Hi all,

I have a problem with the client for planefinder...
When i look at my stats at the web interface it says that the client uptime is 00:00:00:00 and in my account at planefinder.net it says that my receiver is inactive.. and no positions has been reported etc... Link to my receiver: https://planefinder.net/sharing/receiver/96328

Anybody know what the problem is?

You should have seen something in the logs saying about the time being out and to setup NTP.
now i have another problem, im using vrs to push basestation feeds to fr24 and others but when i want to connect to planefinder its says connected in log but no planes are showing on the map.

Try looking in the Plane Finder client log. It usually says what is up.

That suggests you have picked the wrong data format. We don't support merged feeds and only raw data from receivers. Software like VRS in the middle can introduce errors.

ow oke thanks mate for the fats reply! i had merged feed selected in vrs, now i have 1 receiver selected. thank you!!

No problem,

We've seen a ton of issues over the years with merging of data feeds and would rather clients set up on each individual receiver as a result!
