Is there a way to see the activity of Russian Military Aircraft?

Just a quick question, I keep getting pings about aircraft in distress in someway and nearly all of them 80% have been Russian.
Am I reading too much into this?

I've also noticed an increase in the number of Russian civilian aircraft coming up with 7700. From the few I've looked at, the only suggestion I can make is that due to the extended routing that many are flying, they are becoming fuel critical.

I find it rather amusing that the great Russki airforce doesn't seem able to fly at night. No NATO, RAF, USAF or others are up watching them at night so far.
