"Search" in List View?

Hi all,
New to the forums. Been playing around with Plane Finder app on iPhone and iPad. So far it's fun and facinating, expecially for a plane nut like me. I even sprang for U.S. Sectional Chart map overlays. I have a question perhaps someone knows the answer to.

I'm looking for specific Hex Code, but I don't know if the aircraft is up, and if it is, where on Earth it might be. I pull up List View and hit Global, which gives me *everything*. Alphabetical listing helps, but the amount of scrolling needed is rediculous. Is there any way to do a "search" in List View?

Regards,

Jay

The list view isn't searchable. It is more for people who sit at airports and want to see on a small list what it coming in. Go back to the main screen and use the search at the top :)

Hi Lee,

Ok. Thank you. Now that I've played with a little more, I was trying to search a call sign. That shows as data in the list view but unfortunately not searchable at the main screen.

Having a blast with this great app!
