GPS not working

Can someone pleasw give me advice for my planefinder tracker it was working good till about 2 days ago i check my tracker from my local ip and notice my gps wasn't working. Then today its not tracking and planes. Check all connection and are good antenna looks good. Reset and unplugged and still nothing. GPS light stays red even if gps cable is plugged in or not. I still can get into my tracker though my local ip so its still connecting.
